Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
The maximum an individual may contribute is $4,200 per election ($2100 primary and $2100 general). Contributions are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor unions, government contractors, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence.
All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Citizens for Eleanor Holmes Norton does not accept contributions from minors (persons under the age of 18).
